If you are looking for help around sexual health, NHS Tower Hamlets provides free, friendly and confidential services near you. You don’t always need an appointment, you can just walk in.
Sexual health services on offer are:

free testing for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, hepatitis, herpes, warts and syphilis,

free condoms and other contraceptives including the pill and the long acting reversible contraception (LARC),

free emergency hormonal contraception (EHC), and
-
free pregnancy test and abortion advice,

religious and cultural male circumcision service.

Religious and cultural male circumcision service
(Boys
under five months only)
This
service is designed for fit and well babies of six weeks to five months living
in Tower Hamlets, Newham and City and Hackney. There is a small fee from £120

Sexual health support at your GP practice or local pharmacy
As well as the above three main sexual health centres in Tower Hamlets, all GPs and pharmacists will offer you support and advice on sexual health.
GPs can offer HIV testing as well as chlamydia testing.
Most pharmacists will be able to give you free chlamydia and gonorrhoea testing and free emergency hormonal contraception.
