NHS Tower Hamlets and NHS Newham are promoting safer sex messages in the run up to Valentine's Day on Sunday 14 February 2010.
In posters appearing on bus stops and billboards across the two east London boroughs from 1 February, local people are being encouraged to find out if they are HIV positive, and are also being encouraged to use condoms.
