NHS Tower Hamlets offers non clinical work placements through the ‘Work it out’ scheme. The scheme provides administrative and clerical opportunities for those on incapacity and related benefits.
The placements range from 6-13 weeks and attempt to ‘up skill’ participants to an employable level through an introduction to:

basic administrative duties,

a work pattern and timetable, and
-
communication with staff and various health professionals.
