Patient advice and liaison service

The patient advice and liaison service (PALS) at NHS Tower Hamlets provides information, advice and support to help patients, their families, carers, and health professionals.

 

Our services

 

We are here to help resolve concerns that you may have about using local NHS services. We will:

 

  • provide you with information about the NHS and help you with any health-related enquiry
  • help resolve concerns or problems you may have when using local services
  • provide you with information and help introduce you to agencies and support groups outside the NHS
  • provide information about our complaints procedure and how to get independent help if you decide you want to make a complaint
  • advise you on how you can get more involved in your own healthcare and the NHS locally.

 

We work closely with Barts and the London NHS Trust PALS and local agencies to ensure a seamless service for users and staff.

 

Opening times

 

The PALS team are on duty from 9.30am-4.30pm, from Monday to Friday.
