NHS Tower Hamlets has reviewed its main governance documents - the rules which set out how we work - against best practice, Department of Health guidance, and current legislation.
As a result, significant changes have been made to the scheme of delegation, reservation of powers, standing orders and standing financial instructions.
These changes were agreed by our board on the 8 May 2008. The revised documents are available to download here.
