More than 1,000 local people were interviewed as part of the annual residents’ survey in February 2009.

65 per cent said health services are good to excellent, up from 59 per cent in 2007/8.
Complaints and compliments 2008-09

2008-09 we received 82 complaints, a 34% increase on the previous year.

94% (77) of the complaints received were acknowledged within the two-day timescale for responses.

60% (49) of these complaints were responded to within the 25 day response timescale.

We received 57 compliments through the complaints department.
